Yes, you are able to upgrade your website plan at any time. Whether moving from Base to Base Plus or within other tiers, we can quickly complete the upgrade – new features and benefits will start with your next billing cycle.
How long does it take to build my website?
You can expect to have your new custom-designed website live within 30 days from signup. Our focused approach empowers our team to design, write, build, and launch new client sites efficiently and effectively.
Is there a contract or commitment required?
We do not require any long-term contracts or commitments. Our website packages are offered on a monthly subscription basis that you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
We want to earn your business every month through delivering an exceptional website and client experience. There are no obligations to continue if you are not fully satisfied.
The only exception is if you wish to take full ownership of the website design assets and code before 12 months of service. In that case, there is a buyout fee that allows us to transfer full ownership of the custom website we designed and developed specifically for you. This enables us to keep our monthly pricing low.
But there are no obligations to continue using our services for a fixed term if you are unsatisfied for any reason. We do not believe in locking clients into long contracts. We want to be the right partner for your web design needs each month thanks to our solutions and support. Please let us know if you have any other questions!
Do all plans include hosting and support?
All of our website packages, from Base to Premium plans, provide managed hosting on our infrastructure and ongoing support. Services like updates, maintenance, speed monitoring, backups, and customer service are included with every plan at no extra charge.
